J-Space Global is a privately held company that focuses on the acquisition and management of high-value real estate assets. We started as a family business, and over the course of three generations, we have developed networks and expertise that enable us to identify opportunities for creating sustainable value that others have overlooked.

Either directly or in partnership, J-Space Global owns commercial and multi-unit residential properties in Asia, Europe and North America. We have a global perspective, but we also understand the value of on-the-ground relationships and local market expertise.

Market conditions can change, sometimes dramatically, but the basics of real estate – things like location, asset quality and an ability to evaluate fair value – stay the same. Our understanding of real estate fundamentals, coupled with a strong financial foundation, has enabled J-Space Global to consistently discover opportunities and cultivate success in markets around the world.
